Subprocessors

The providers below support applicable OpenObserve services. A provider acts as a subprocessor under the DPA only to the extent it processes personal data on OpenObserve's behalf for a customer. Not every provider is used for every customer or deployment. This list is maintained in accordance with our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) . We will update this page when we add, remove, or change subprocessors. Billing providers may act as separate controllers or processors depending on the processing activity and applicable terms; their listing does not authorize them to receive customer logs, metrics, or traces.
Entity domicile is not a statement of data-storage or access location. Customers select from available hosting regions for their deployment. Support, account, and payment processing may involve different locations. Contact privacy@openobserve.ai for the processing locations and transfer information applicable to your service before submitting personal data subject to location restrictions.

Changes to This List
We may update our subprocessors from time to time. For customers covered by our DPA, OpenObserve will provide at least fourteen (14) days' advance written notice of a new or replacement subprocessor to the customer's designated privacy contact or account contact, subject to any controlling signed agreement and the DPA's limited security or legal necessity exception. This notice does not depend on subscribing to website updates. Customers must keep their contact information current. Objections and their resolution are governed by the applicable DPA. We will also update this page; a page update alone does not replace the required written notice.
