Parsing windows IIS logs

Monitoring and analyzing IIS logs can provide valuable insights into the performance and health of your web applications. In this blog, we will walk through the process of capturing IIS logs using the OpenTelemetry Collector (otel-collector), parsing them with Vector Remap Language (VRL), and sending them to OpenObserve for analysis.
